We are seeking a full time OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST to join our team who is a dynamic clinician and team player.
Shore Acres offers an excellent hourly rate and $5000 sign on bonus for direct hires
Our facility offers a supportive family environment with a compassionate rehab team which is led by an experienced Director of Rehabilitation. The rehab department utilizes Net Health-Therapy and Point Click Care for billing and documentation to assist therapists with daily efficiency where quality care remains the primary focus of each therapist. The facility offers a 6-day a week, in-house comprehensive rehabilitation program where the OT is an integral member of the interdisciplinary team. Our rehab positions are stable and secure at one location.

JOB SUMMARY
• Conducts screenings of residents as scheduled to determine the need for evaluation and/or intervention
• Evaluate residents per physician orders to obtain comprehensive data to be utilized in developing the plan of care
• Provide Occupational Therapy treatment to residents when indicated per the plan of care
• Supervision of OTA/COTA
• Actively engage and contribute to the success of the rehab department, IDT and facility success
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum of Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• A current Florida Occupational Therapy License
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Must be computer/tech savvy
