Requirements to Apply:

• Be Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) certified in New York.
• Have worked with a NYS Home Care agency in the past two years. **Please note if you have not worked with a NYS agency for two years, HHA certifications expire.
• Physical, Quantiferon or 2 PPD's from within one year, and MMR titers.
• Be fluent in English.
• Be compassionate.
