PHARMACIST

Job Summary: Performs all accountabilities within Pharmacist scope of practice, with a focus on therapeutic assessment and intervention as needed for optimal patient care. Consultative services are provided to medical, nursing, respiratory, physical therapy, and other staff as requested. Education regarding medication use issues is provided to patients, families, and other caregivers.

Required Qualifications: Valid license as a Registered Pharmacist issued by the State of California. Graduate of an accredited school of Pharmacy. BLS certification.

Salary Range: $$82.94 - $116.71 hourly. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
SALARY RANGE INCLUDES NIGHT SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL
