To enhance customer adoption of the athenaOne Medical Coding Service, the full-time Senior Coding Associate - Customer Insights will evaluate customer readiness, analyze provider documentation, and implement process improvements while working remotely. Key responsibilities Analyze provider documentation and customer configurations to identify opportunities for improvement in documentation and system usage Independently manage multiple complex projects, ensuring effective prioritization and alignment with internal and external stakeholders Design and implement solutions that favor automation and continuous process improvement to enhance service efficiency and outcomes Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience CPC and/or CCS certification from AAPC or AHIMA required 3+ years of professional experience in Medical Coding Experience in auditing medical charts for accuracy and compliance with coding regulations Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
