Supporting the day-to-day operations of commercial banking clients, the full-time remote Commercial Service Specialist will manage client requests related to treasury products, loans, and deposits while fostering strong client relationships and collaborating with internal teams. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial clients, addressing their day-to-day servicing needs via phone or email Proactively develop client relationships to identify solutions and enhance the overall client experience Coordinate with internal departments to resolve client needs and ensure timely delivery of services Required qualifications High school education or equivalent with 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in banking or financial services Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills and effective time management capabilities Proven resolution-based problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
