Your New Role

As the Shop Foreman at CML Security in Broomfield, CO, you'll be the driving force behind assembling and configuring electronic security systems from start to finish. You'll lead a crew, plan and schedule work, and ensure every project hits the quality mark. From managing inventory to maintaining compliance and safety, your hands-on leadership will keep the shop running like a well-oiled machine.

Oversee system assembly using wiring diagrams, schematics, and specifications

Manage equipment delivery, organization, and inventory

Direct factory testing, labeling, and documentation

Operate machinery and tools when needed

Maintain a clean, safe, and productive shop environment

Partner with HR to hire and grow your team

Provide daily and weekly work plans and feedback

Take lead on projects when needed and maintain compliance with inspections and certifications

High school diploma or GED required

Minimum 3 years of related experience preferred

Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

OSHA-10 certification preferred

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

Strong communication and leadership skills

Comfortable working in a hands-on, skilled shop environment

Background check and drug screening may be required
