Key Responsibilities

  • Workforce Management: Lead staffing, sourcing, onboarding, and scheduling to build a motivated and passionate team.
  • Create and implement recruitment strategies aligned with Smoothie King’s mission.
  • Organize shifts to balance team and guest needs effectively.
  • Learning and Development: Empower team members through tailored training and mentorship to ensure operational excellence.
  • Identify skill gaps and customize ongoing training programs.
  • Support career progression and internal mobility.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain brand standards in food safety, store appearance, and operational tools usage.
  • Manage cash activities and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Sales and Inventory: Optimize product placement, manage inventory, and drive local marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Culture and Team Engagement: Foster a positive, collaborative environment with clear performance expectations and creative recognition programs.
  • Promote cross-departmental collaboration to enhance communication and streamline processes.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years experience in management position
  • Availability for 8-hour shifts including weekends.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and operational skills.
