Como miembro del equipo de FOH, dará la bienvenida y saludará a los invitados, tomará y preparará los pedidos de los clientes en el mostrador o en el drive-thru, mantendrá la limpieza en el mostrador y el comedor, observará las pautas de salud y saneamiento y se asegurará de que cada huésped se vaya con una sonrisa. En nuestras cocinas, nos centramos en ingredientes frescos y sencillos. Y siempre lo hemos hecho. Desde el principio, hemos servido pollo con pechuga entera, sin rellenos ni hormonas añadidas, y lo empanizamos a mano en nuestros restaurantes. Los productos se entregan frescos a nuestras cocinas varias veces a la semana. Las ensaladas se cortan y se preparan frescas durante todo el día. Los limones enteros se exprimen recién exprimidos en nuestros restaurantes y se combinan con azúcar de caña pura y agua (sí, eso es todo) para hacer Chick-fil-A Lemonade®. Puede que no sea el camino fácil, pero es el único camino que conocemos.
