To support the IHA Scheduling Team, the full-time Bilingual Contact Center Representative will manage inbound and outbound calls to schedule health assessment visits, requiring bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, while working remotely. Key Responsibilities: Answering or making calls to members to book appointments for no-cost In-home Health Assessments Engaging in active listening with callers to address their needs and resolve service issues Utilizing software and tools to meet call center metrics while providing excellent customer service Required Qualifications: 2+ years of call center experience in a target-driven environment Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish Experience in an outbound sales process is a plus Proficiency in MS Office applications and ability to type 40 WPM (60 WPM preferred) Strong time management skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
