Job descriptionCulinary degree + professional certifications Proven experience as an Executive Chef or senior culinary leader Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, menu development, and food safety Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment Ability to stand / walk long shifts and lift up to 50 lbs Higher education or large-scale food service leadership background Budget management and vendor negotiation expertise Experience creating sustainable, innovative dining programs $1,000 sign-on bonus (after 90 days) Health / Dental / Vision Insurance + PTO 401(k) with match + Tuition Reimbursement Short- & Long-Term Disability + Referral Program Pet Insurance & Travel / Entertainment Discounts Employee & family meal plan discounts at client locations

Lead with creativity and passion as Executive Chef, overseeing all aspects of campus dining and shaping memorable culinary experiences for students, faculty, and guests.
What You’ll Do :
- Design and execute diverse, cost-efficient, and sustainable menus
- Lead and mentor a culinary team, fostering growth and collaboration
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure food quality and consistency
- Manage budgets, food costs, labor, and vendor relationships
- Enforce compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Stay current with culinary trends and integrate new ideas into dining services
