Responsible for overseeing payroll operations, the full-time salaried People Operations Lead will ensure accurate and timely payroll processing using Dayforce, manage tax coordination, and support financial reporting while working remotely. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary liaison with the third-party payroll processor, ensuring accurate payroll runs and data validation Oversee payroll tax activities and maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations Prepare payroll reports and support finance with payroll journal entries and reconciliations Required qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent professional experience 5-7+ years of U.S. payroll experience, including multi-state payroll Experience collaborating with a third-party payroll processing partner Proficiency using Dayforce for payroll data management CPP or FPC certification preferred
