We're hiring for both our Simi Valley and Thousand Oaks locations!Are you a skilled, experienced mechanic looking to take the next step in your career? Look no further! As the Lead Mechanic, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. If you're passionate about cars, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and possess exceptional leadership skills, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:In this role, you will lead a team of dedicated mechanics, providing guidance and expertise to ensure efficient and accurate repairs. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing and repairing a variety of vehicle makes and models, conducting routine maintenance, and overseeing all aspects of advanced mechanical needs. Requirements:Proven experience as a mechanic, with a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance.Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team to success.Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicle issues.Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering top-notch workmanship.Strong communication skills to liaise with customers and team members effectively.Why Join Us:We offer a competitive salary of $25-40 an hour, plus paid benefits and the opportunity for overtime.
