Facilities / Maintenance Supervisor

Casa Nela is actively hiring a Facilities Manager as part of the operation team supporting our five New York City locations.

Casa Nela is a collection of European influenced NYC restaurants including Rosemary's, Claudette, Bobo, and Roey's. We are passionate about amazing culinary experiences, spirited hospitality, and our community in NYC & beyond.

Job Responsibilities to include but are not limited to the following :

Porter oversight & Team Management

• Foster a positive, communicative, and high-performing team culture
• Actively manage third party porter services
• Ensure cleanliness across the restaurant by enforcing checklist completion and providing corrective feedback as needed
• Maintain proper par levels for cleaning supplies, tools, and disposables as necessary
• Ensure all cleaning chemicals are correctly stored and labeled
• Oversee the organization and inventory of all F&B storage spaces
• Oversee and manage the in-house facilities maintenance team
