Bassett Healthcare Network, a progressive, academic health system in Central New York and major teaching affiliate of Columbia University, is seeking per diem BC / BE Anesthesiologists. Network surgical locations include Cooperstown, Oneonta, Cobleskill and Little Falls with flexible staffing options to accommodate anesthesiologists living in the Albany, Binghamton, Utica and Syracuse regions.

Per Diem Rate : $350.00 per hour / paid malpractice insurance.

Job Description & Responsibilities

• Join an established group of ~13 physicians and 25 CRNA’s.
• Predominant model is medical direction. Experienced and collaborative CRNAs. Also, opportunity for solo work.
• Patient safety and quality care are top priorities with meaningful staffing ratios of 1 : 2 / 1 : 3.
• Full spectrum case mix and diverse patient population.
• EMR-EPIC.
• Group Employed Model.
