Responsibilities
Awards Program Management
Oversee the nomination and selection process for a national-level awards program
Plan and execute logistics for awards presentations at annual events
Maintain records and manage program budget
Coordinate with educational institutions to provide sponsored awards
Design award materials in alignment with organizational branding
Podcast Production
Co-produce a regularly scheduled podcast series
Record and manage podcast announcements (ads, promos, PSAs)
Oversee podcast production team and maintain equipment inventory
Promote podcast through coordinated campaigns
Support professional development efforts to enhance podcast quality
Educational Webinars and Trainings
Support the planning and delivery of live webinars and training events
Present program information during organizational meetings and chapter trainings
Administrative and Office Management
Manage inventory and distribution of educational publications
Coordinate staff meetings and maintain internal calendars
Support day-to-day budget operations for the education and programs team
Prepare leadership meeting packets and handle internal requests
Respond to public inquiries and process publication orders
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field
2–3 years of relevant administrative or program support experience, ideally in education or nonprofit sectors
At least 1 year of experience in event management
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Customer-service oriented with a collaborative mindset
Experience managing confidential information with discretion
