JOB PURPOSE :

As our Digital and Social Media Strategist, Manager , you will generate awareness and drive growth for the brand by developing and implementing social media and digital marketing strategies, advertising campaigns, and always-on content plans.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Embedded member of the brand team, attending key meetings and executing tactics to support brand priorities.
• Define, sell in, and implement an organic social channel strategy and always-on content plan to drive follower growth and brand engagement.
• Oversee social media content planning, production, publishing, and community management for all social platforms.
• Collaborate with videographer / photographer and copywriter to create engaging social media content supporting key growth objectives for the brand.
• Communicate monthly production plans and content calendars to internal stakeholders.
• Proactively seek out low-risk, high-impact opportunities to surprise and delight consumers on behalf of the brand.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support sponsorship programs, events, and ad campaigns based on business objectives.
• Conduct social listening exercises, analyze content performance, and regularly prepare reports on trends, insights, and opportunities.
• Manage, mentor, and develop two direct reports.
