Payrate : $ 63.30 - $ 63.30 / hr.

Summary : You will support the team lead in forecasting marketing KPIs including segment customer, account unit, balance, and revenue forecasts. You will analyze data to refine strategies, build regular reports for leadership, and measure impact. You’ll need to build relationships across business lines and act as a liaison to ensure impactful marketing that drives deposit growth and retention in the U.S. market.

Responsibilities : Build relationships with segment and functional partners including deposits marketing, digital marketing, analytics, legal, risk, and others to grow key U.S. customer segments.

Serve as a trusted partner to develop customer-centered, insights-driven marketing strategies.

Understand segment, product, and marketing goals, and find ways to make sustainable progress.

Partner with teams to identify key metrics, structure reporting, and measure success in terms of customer, units, balances, and revenue growth.

Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.

Manage relationships with creative and media agencies, guide creative execution.

Handle project management, reporting, and communication activities.

Create and maintain reports and dashboards for partners and leadership.

Monitor progress, recommend adjustments, and manage budgets including ROI analysis.

Identify emerging issues and trends to inform decisions, including competitive research.

Collaborate with various teams to ensure marketing efforts align with product offerings and budgets.

Must Haves : 3-5 years of relevant marketing experience, multicultural marketing experience a plus.

Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field.

Experience in segment or multicultural marketing, preferably in regulated industries.

Advertising or agency experience is an asset.

Financial services marketing experience preferred.

Bilingual in English & Spanish with strong communication skills.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.

Strong project management and interpersonal skills.

Results-driven with ability to analyze data and optimize marketing efforts.

Comfortable working in high-growth, changing environments and matrix organizations.

Pay Transparency : The typical base pay across the U.S. is $63.30 / hr. Final offers depend on skills, education, experience, and benefits. Benefits may include health coverage, paid days off, 401(k), and others.
