The Role

ACC is seeking a Senior Account Director to bring strategic vision, creativity, and operational excellence to every initiative. This role is ideal for a seasoned communications professional with deep expertise in entertainment corporate communications, a passion for storytelling, and a proven track record of delivering results.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact and trusted advisor, providing strategic counsel across communications programs.
• Lead and oversee PR initiatives from concept through activation, adding value at every stage.
• Build, mentor, and develop dynamic, engaged teams, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
• Deliver persuasive presentations to clients, colleagues, and external partners.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities efficiently, ensuring smooth delegation and execution.
• Assess program effectiveness, ensuring ROI and optimal use of client budgets.
• Maintain quality control over planning decks, recaps, status reports, schedules, and vendor / partner contracts.
• Collaborate across integrated marketing teams, representing PR while supporting cross-agency campaigns.
