Transformation-Focused Marketer Opportunity

As Senior Associate, Efficiency & Transformation Enablement, you'll help identify, plan, and implement initiatives that improve speed, quality, and scalability. This role actively drives transformation and efficiency initiatives across Humana's marketing operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze current workflows, identify process gaps, and implement targeted improvements that advance operational effectiveness and organizational agility.

Pay range : $86,300 - $118,700 per year. This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
