We are looking for a Design Manager to help shape the future of EvenUp's product design practice. Reporting to the Head of Design, you'll lead a small team of embedded product designers while also contributing hands-on to high-impact projects. This is a player-coach role—about half your time will be spent mentoring and growing the team, and the other half leading designs for strategic initiatives in close partnership with engineering, product, and AI.
This role offers broad scope and strategic influence across a modular, fast-evolving platform. You'll support work spanning AI tools and workflow infrastructure, helping to architect cohesive, user-centered experiences in a technically complex space. It’s an opportunity to shape foundational design systems, build team culture, and make a lasting impact on the legal tech ecosystem.
This is a hybrid role with the expectation of working at least 3 days a week from one of our office hubs in San Francisco or Toronto.
