$25.00 -$100.00 per hour (based on experience)+ performance bonuses

Responsibilities
Install retrofit HVAC systems into existing homes
Job requirements
- 1-2+ years of HVAC experience (Previous retrofit HVAC experience. Experience installing Trane and Bosch equipment in horizontal, vertical, and package applications)
- Skill with hand tools, power tools, and good spatial relations
- Ability to formulate a plan of action and execute the plan.
- Experience working with high voltage / low voltage wiring of HVAC systems and attaching + sealing duct runs and plenums.
- Experience with sheet metal work is a plus
- Honesty, Integrity, and respect for others are required
- Valid AZ Drivers License
- Able to pass a drug screen and background check
- Located in the North Phoenix metro area north of the I10 freeway and ideally within 20 miles of Loop 101 and Cave Creek Road
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
