Financial Services Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Financial Services Senior Project Manager to join our Financial Services Consulting Team. This is a remote, but client-facing role that requires a strong foundation in management consulting, proven expertise in financial services, and hands-on experience leading complex IT projects across core banking functions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead multiple medium-to-large project(s) or a single highly complex project.
• Define and implement project and program management standards and processes within NTT DATA and across client engagements.
• Leverage and share your deep understanding of the Financial Services industry and related subject areas.
• Handle diverse issues and lead projects that contribute to the company's success.
• Instruct, direct, and check the work of other employees.
• Coach, motivate, and guide employees.
• Utilize best practice processes around work assignments, project management, and quality of output while maximizing overall team performance.
• Build relationships with clients to improve services and ensure service levels are being met.
• Identify opportunities and lead the conversation for the new and expansion on the existing businesses.
