Responsibilities

• Drive efficiencies and automation to support the resilience of the Firm's most critical applications
• Set team goals and SLAs; collaborate with near-shore and offshore IT-DR teams; help set the IT-DR lifecycle roadmap and identify areas for solutioning
• Assign team members to the right projects within budget and timelines; ensure the team has the skills and tools needed; act as point of escalation to leadership
• Balance execution and tactical planning with participation in strategic planning; monitor monthly, quarterly, and yearly IT-DR performance
• Ensure alignment with relevant strategies and commitments; partner with the Enterprise Resilience Organization (ERO) and Risk management; guide IT disaster recovery and business-critical applications teams toward optimal solutions
• Engage with department management and staff across Digital Nexus to influence client expectations and propose improvements; provide well-considered alternatives and recommendations
