Position Summary :
As a result of Origami Rehabilitations exciting growth, we are seeking a full-time (40 hours per week) Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. As the Human Resources Business Partner, you will be an integral part of maintaining a seamless and people-centered HR operation. Your work will contribute to initiatives that strengthen every touchpoint across the employee life cycle.

Work Location & Schedule :
This is a full-time (40 hours per week) position. Approximately 75% of work hours are onsite across Origamis campuses, with the remaining time flexible for remote work based on business needs and supervisor approval.

Supervisory Responsibilities
This position carries no direct supervisory responsibilities; however, the HR Business Partner is encouraged to engage a Human Resources intern to mentor and coach in foundational HR practices, collaborate on emerging HR initiatives, and assist with onboarding and offboarding processes to enhance learning and operational efficiency.
