Position Description :

Technician Level 1 for water, mold, and bio (including trauma) mitigation categories performs remediation tasks. Technicians execute task assignments as defined by the project manager. Technicians Level 1 represents the ServiceMaster Cornerstone brand and maintains a professional appearance, punctuality, and a clean work environment and supports customers as required.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Retrieves work orders / assignments, checks route for travel, ensures appropriate equipment and supplies needed for a job are loaded on the truck needed for the job, and arrives at the work site
• Performs water / mold / bio (trauma) remediation as directed according to company procedures including but not limited to extraction, debris removal / disposition, demolition, and cleaning
• Sets up remediation equipment on site per plans
• Reports equipment malfunctions
• Notifies project manager of customer or project issues as they arise
• Maintains timesheet records
• Conducts work assignments in a quality manner
• Responsible for personal safety and PPE usage

Execute remediation tasks per procedures and plan

Equipment inventory tracking
