Position Description Lead Technician for water, mold, bio (including trauma) mitigation categories leads, monitors, performs, and inspects remediation tasks. Lead Technicians coordinate assigned projects and prepare documentation (notes and photos) according to company and insurance policies procedures and compliance. Lead Technician represents the ServiceMaster Cornerstone brand to the customer and supervises technicians on assigned projects.
What You'll Do : Lead water, mold, and trauma / bio remediation projects Supervise and train technicians Perform extraction, demolition, cleaning, and debris removal Monitor, document, and map moisture levels daily Communicate with customers and explain restoration processes Prepare job documentation using Restore 365 and Xactimate Ensure job site safety and PPE compliance Represent our brand professionally on-site
What You Bring : High school diploma or equivalent Restoration experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license and clean driving record Mobile app and software proficiency IICRC certifications (WTR, ASD) a plus
