The Media Integration Support role assists in many tasks involved with producing and monitoring content sets for global airlines and 3rd party customers. Support tasks will include but not be limited to the tracking of incoming digital media assets and coordinating quality control, technical compliance and status within internal departments. The Media Integration Support role can assist in all facets of the content production build and QA function. This individual will learn and eventually work with a variety of the concepts, practices, and procedures within the IFE field. The focus of the Media Integration Support is to assist MIS team with a variety of content integration tasks (testing / validation) and building monthly production content sets. The Media Integration Support typically reports to a manager or head of a unit / department and will also work under a ‘lead’ who is assigned to their specific team.
