Order Coordinator

Job Summary : The Order Coordinator is a key role responsible for ensuring that purchasing, shop selection, documentation, and shipping are effectively followed throughout the order process. This position collaborates closely with the Product Manager (PM) in tandem with Operations (Ops) to select and assign appropriate repair shops. The Order Coordinator ensures the timely and accurate issuance of purchase orders (POs), manages vendor activities, and ensures all traceability and shipping requirements are met to facilitate smooth operations from sourcing to next steps in the fulfillment process
