About the Role

The AuthKit team builds AuthKit, a set of UI components and APIs enabling B2B developers to solve identity and authentication. Your focus will be on delivering the best developer and end‑user experiences, gathering feedback, and iterating quickly.

Responsibilities

• Design and engineer delightful developer and end‑user experiences
• Develop a deep understanding of AuthKit’s market position and drive its adoption
• Build a highly available and secure product that earns developer trust
• Engage regularly with customers to gather feedback, debug issues, and remove friction
• Collaborate with product, solutions engineering, and go‑to‑market teams
• Work directly with leadership on greenfield ideas
• Help recruit and assess future engineering team members

Qualifications

Compensation

Annual US base salary : $175,000 – $250,000 (range reflects multiple engineering levels). Additional compensation includes equity, health insurance, vacation, and paid parental leave. Compensation for candidates outside the US is adjusted based on local market benchmarks.
