About the role :

We're looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our growing GTM Systems team and drive the next wave of growth at LangChain.

This is a high-impact role where you'll collaborate closely with GTM, IT, and Operations teams to shape how we go to market. If you're a developer who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to be part of building the go-to-market motion from the ground up, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do :

• Design solutions that leverage Salesforce best practices and introduce new technologies when necessary.
• Build scalable integrations across all the enterprise application and platforms
• Create custom solutions that are highly functional, scalable, and easily maintained.
• Translate business requirements into solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform and various integrations.
• Research and advise on proactive best practices for Salesforce solutions, including update cadences, data hygiene, and effective reporting across the sales-org.
• Identify efficiency opportunities and innovative approaches.
• Work on a variety of Salesforce support and enhancement requests.
• Serve as technical operations resource for Salesforce and other systems, and the relationship between these systems.
• Design end-to-end solutions, incorporating industry best practices, Salesforce capabilities, and integration points.
• Lead solution reviews and ensure alignment with architectural guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Present technical concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
