Job description
Supporting executive leadership in a remote capacity, the full-time Enterprise Analytics Consultant will lead cross-functional analytics initiatives, develop enterprise reporting and dashboards, and partner with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights for strategic decision-making. Key responsibilities Develop and maintain enterprise dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions using Power BI Build and optimize data models, ETL processes, and data pipelines utilizing SQL and Databricks Lead and support enterprise data governance and data quality initiatives while creating automated monitoring and surveillance reporting solutions Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred 5+ years of business acumen experience required 5+ years of analytics experience preferred Strong expertise in Power BI, SQL, Databricks, and Epic Clarity Experience with healthcare analytics, including pharmacy, compliance, and fraud detection initiatives
