Frederick Villa Healthcare is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to add to our growing skilled nursing team! Our ideal candidate has nursing home experience, is a keen observer, a good communicator, and can bring a friendly and compassionate attitude to the job. Qualifications & Experience Requirements for Registered Nurse (RN):
Current Maryland RN license or compact license.
BLS and CPR certifications
1-2 years of recent nursing home experience preferred, but not required.
Proficient computer skills, especially with data entry. PCC experience preferred.
In-depth knowledge of nursing care methods and health and safety guidelines
Responsible and compassionate with outstanding organizational and communication skills
Experience supervising GNAs and LPNs in a nursing home setting.
