As a Behavior Technician at NBA, you will not only make a difference in the lives of your learners but also be a part of a team who cares about you.

Responsibilities

• Receive extensive initial and on-going paid training
• Provide behavioral intervention to children,youth, and young adults with autism under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and graph data
• Work in community, clinic, home, and / or school settings
• Attend regular supervision and training meetings

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Pass a criminal background check
• Reliable transportation
• Enjoy working with children, youth, and young adults
• Organized and detail oriented
• Ability to work well in collaborative settings
• Professional communicator
• Ability to work after-school hours (late afternoons & early evenings)

• school, home, and community consultation; individualized curriculum development; parent coaching and support; in-home Behavior Technician services;

small group instruction; and intervention in the community.
