Responsibilities
- Receive extensive initial and on-going paid training
- Provide behavioral intervention to children,youth, and young adults with autism under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect and graph data
- Work in community, clinic, home, and / or school settings
- Attend regular supervision and training meetings
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Pass a criminal background check
- Reliable transportation
- Enjoy working with children, youth, and young adults
- Organized and detail oriented
- Ability to work well in collaborative settings
- Professional communicator
- Ability to work after-school hours (late afternoons & early evenings)

- NBA serves an incredibly wide range of learners on the autism spectrum across their lifespan. Individualized services provided include direct intervention from master’s and doctoral level behavior analysts;
- school, home, and community consultation; individualized curriculum development; parent coaching and support; in-home Behavior Technician services;
small group instruction; and intervention in the community.
