Job Title-Entry Level Recruiting Administrator
Location-San Diego, CA (Hybrid position)

Job Overview :
Examine job requisitions, applying expertise in writing and proofreading, including grammar, spelling, and punctuation before posting jobs.
Ensure that all verbiage within the job requisition is evaluated for federal acquisition regulations, adherence to company guidelines, appropriate branding, template selection, and overall accuracy prior to publication.
Observe and participate in meetings with talent acquisition and hiring teams to maintain an understanding of current business demands.
Review and address all compliance concerns with submitted changes, escalating issues to leadership, as necessary. Track and report volume activity, trends, and requests.
Discuss solutions for job requisition questions with talent acquisition team members. Provide feedback to team leaders and clients to help identify potential process improvements for requisition management service delivery.
Required Qualifications :
- 1+ years of experience with customer service in an office environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel and Word
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
- Ability to be detail-oriented
- Ability to learn and retain an extensive amount of government and company regulations
- Possession of excellent analytical skills
- Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
- Associate's degree
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience with grammatical corrections and editing
- Experience with providing feedback and input for process improvement
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS); Workday preferred
- Experience with government compliance regulations for FLSA, OFCCP, EEO, and industry standards
- Experience supporting a talent acquisition business function
- Bachelor's degree preferred
