Role Description
This is a full-time role as a Home Health RN field staff. As a Home Health RN, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care in the home setting, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, assessing patients' conditions, and providing wound care as needed.
You will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans and ensure the highest level of care for our patients.
Qualifications
- Nursing and Medicine skills
- Experience in Home Care and Patient Care
- Wound Care skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Current RN license in the state of Florida
- Experience in home health care is a plus
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) proficiency is a plus
