What You'll Do

This position is designed for individuals who enjoy helping others, thrive in a fast-paced virtual environment, and want to develop meaningful professional skills. Your daily responsibilities will include :

• Managing inbound and outbound calls to union members who have requested benefit information
• Scheduling and conducting virtual appointments using platforms such as Zoom
• Delivering informative and engaging presentations to help families understand their coverage options
• Utilizing basic computer programs to maintain client records and submit applications
• Completing the necessary paperwork and quality control checks to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Participating in leadership and professional development training to build management and mentorship skills
• Collaborating with team members and leaders to meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
