Client Success Specialist

The Role

As a Client Success Specialist, you'll be the main point of contact for policyholdersanswering questions, guiding them through benefits, and ensuring they feel supported every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build lasting client relationships after enrollment
  • Explain policy benefits and guide clients through updates or claims
  • Provide clear, easy-to-understand education on coverage
  • Partner with team leaders to streamline onboarding and service
  • Be the trusted go-to for client support needs

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help others
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable in a remote environment
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven
  • Customer service or insurance background is a plus (not required)
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. or Canada
