Overview

Join to apply for the UX Researcher role at Zipcar. As a UX Researcher at Zipcar, you will conduct quantitative and qualitative research in support of our product strategy and roadmap. You’ll solve complex problems through generative and evaluative research, work with cross-functional teams to design new products and experiences and serve as the voice of the customer across our organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead impactful research end-to-end : Plan and execute generative and evaluative studies from start to finish, including scoping, recruitment, data collection, analysis, and delivering actionable insights.
• Champion the user experience : Deeply understand user needs, behaviors, and emotions by applying a variety of research methods and leveraging customer experience metrics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally : Partner with designers, product teams, and data scientists to ensure user insights shape design decisions and business strategy.
• Create a culture of curiosity : Involve colleagues across the organization in the research process and offer ways to connect with our members firsthand.
• Strengthen our UXR practice : Help grow our research capabilities and contribute to the evolution of the team’s vision and impact.

Salary note

The annual starting salary for this position is between $90,000 - $110,000 annually. Factors that may affect starting pay within this range include geography / market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
