Your new position will be with Bavarian Motor Repairs, LLC , an industry-leading, professional BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and MINI repair facility located in Capitol Heights, MD. We are seeking a world-class, passionate, and experienced Lead Automotive Service Advisor to guide a team of 8 professional technicians, parts, and support staff.

We have an excellent customer base of enthusiastic BMW, MINI, and Rolls-Royce owners, professional ongoing training, and organized systems and processes to maximize efficiency and provide clarity.

We work efficiently and are currently on a Monday–Thursday schedule (4-day weeks) , providing up to 72 additional days off per year.
