Job Description

• Craft Individualized Treatment Plans : Assess patients' unique needs and design tailored therapy strategies to help achieve their functional goals.
• Implement Evidence-Based Therapies : Apply proven methodologies to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive function, and ability to perform daily tasks.
• Collaborate with Multi-Disciplinary Teams : Work hand-in-hand with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide holistic, patient-centered care.
• Educate Patients and Families : Equip patients and their families with knowledge on therapy techniques that support ongoing recovery and progress.
• Assess and Document Outcomes : Keep track of clinical developments and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure each patient remains on the right path.
