New Program Specialist

A company is looking for a Research & Development New Program Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee planning and coordination of new activities or projects within the R&D department

Organize and maintain departmental files and research requirements for program development

Research industry trends and provide subject-matter guidance to team members

Required Qualifications

Associate degree or equivalent experience

1+ year experience in a research-related role

Ability to support a diverse and inclusive work environment

Computer literacy / basic computer skills

Strong proficiency in MS Office and other business tools
