At Semper Solr, we’re looking for driven Appointment Setters to join our expanding solar team. In this role, you’ll connect with homeowners, spark interest in solar energy, and schedule qualified appointments for our solar consultants.

No prior sales experience? No problem. We provide hands-on training to help you build confidence, master communication, and turn conversations into real opportunities. If you’re energetic, coachable, and goal-oriented, this is your chance to grow in a high-paying, high-potential career.

$20 - $22 hourly

• Engage with potential customers through outbound calls to introduce them to the benefits of solar energy.
• Schedule appointments for our solar consultants by effectively communicating the value of our services.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointments in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for improving appointment-setting success.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance your communication and sales skills.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting targets to contribute to team goals.

• Experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required.

• Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively over the phone.

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets in any field.

• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.

• Ability to work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals.

• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development sessions to enhance skills.
