Description : What You Will Be Doing :

The Sustainment Transformation team is seeking a highly skilled System Engineering candidate with an interest in learning new technologies to support the Model Based Sustainment Agile Team.

The position involves working in a dynamic environment documenting system requirement and supporting the full system development lifecycle (design, build, integration, test, user buy-off, and training). You will develop and maintain complex system models using various modeling tools, languages and frameworks like SysML and UAF; and will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate system models.

• ?Specific responsibilities of this role include :
• The ideal candidate will have a background modeling in Cameo
• Work in a MBSE modeling environment to ensure accurate system representations and behavior.
• Develop model-based Systems Engineering (MBSE) models using Cameo that includes development of Use Cases, activity diagrams, and sequence diagrams
• Develop system model management approaches and concepts as well as implementing model analysis and execution
• Develop systems flows and architectures to execute validations and simulations.
• Developing or utilizing systems models or simulations to perform analysis functions, such as
• System trade studies, Requirements decomposition and allocation, System design and Performance predictions
• Developed guides and training material for incoming programs and modelers.
• Participate in Product Testing
• Support agile user story creation. Participate in Agile Ceremonies
• Perform Product Demonstrations for Key Stakeholders

Ability to Work Remotely : Part-time Remote Telework : The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules : Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position : 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
