Job Summary :

Our restaurant / bakery is seeking an experienced Store Manager with strong leadership skills and a background in both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) operations. The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent guest experience, and maintaining profitability through effective management of labor, food costs, and P&L reporting. This individual will be highly present on the floor, engaging with guests and the community, while working closely with executive leadership to uphold company standards and compliance with all state and city regulations.

Role & Responsibilities :

• Lead daily FOH and BOH operations to ensure efficiency and outstanding guest service.
• Be a visible leader on the floor, engaging directly with guests and the community.
• Train, coach, and develop staff to build strong, motivated teams.
• Manage purchase orders, vendor relationships, and third-party delivery systems.
• Ensure compliance with all state and city health, safety, and labor regulations.
• Monitor and control labor and food cost budgets.
• Perform and analyze P&L reporting to support business decisions.
• Utilize the Toast POS system for reporting, tracking, and operational management.
• Uphold company policies, standards, and values to create a positive workplace culture.
• Problem-solve operational issues promptly to ensure smooth operations.
