Job Description
Occupational Therapy Assistant, COTA
Full-time and Part-time positions available.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled occupational therapy services and interventions to pediatric patients (birth to 21).
- Evaluate, develop, implement, and modify treatment plans according to patient needs.
- Instruct and counsel patients and families.
- Complete accurate and timely documentation.

Compensation
- Pay: $41,600– $104,000 annuallyCompensation dependent on experience, tenure, and caseload volume.Low and high ends of range are indicative of typical full-time caseload volumes (20 visits minimum, no visit cap) and beginner to advanced skillsets.

Qualifications
Just graduating or moving from out of state? You are also welcome to apply!
- Active Colorado Occupational Therapy Assistant License
- Degree from an accredited therapy program
- Pediatric experience is great but not required
- BLS CPR Certification (skills tested in-person)
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance
