SnapCare seeks a dedicated and skilled Radiology Tech to join our healthcare team. As a Rad Tech, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the overall well-being of our patients in an acute care setting.

Qualifications:

• Current license in the state of practice is required.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association is required.
• 12 months of relevant work experience

Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic imaging examinations (e.g., X-rays, MRI, CT scans) as ordered by physicians.
• Prepare patients for imaging procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment, adjusting settings as needed for optimal image quality.
• Follow radiation safety procedures and protocols to protect patients and staff.
• Accurately position patients to capture detailed, high-quality images.
• Maintain detailed patient records and update information in hospital databases.
• Educate patients about the imaging process and address any concerns or questions.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and safety standards.
