Job Description :

We are seeking a Manager who is passionate about working in the childrens industry and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing role. You will be the go-to person for parents, staff, and visitors, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, enforcing rules and regulations, and maintaining a positive, calm atmosphere for all.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily operations of the play space and birthday parties
• Provide excellent customer service and engage with parents and guests in a friendly, professional manner
• Enforce rules and regulations while maintaining a positive, supportive atmosphere
• Handle customer concerns or issues with patience, calmness, and efficiency
• Supervise staff, ensure the space is always clean and willing to roll up your sleeves to get things done
