Role Summary
As a Digital Product Manager within the Enterprise Data team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of personalized customer experiences. This role bridges data, AI, and marketing technology to deliver adaptive, real-time engagement across digital platforms. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product strategies, operationalize machine learning models, and drive measurable impact through personalization.
You’ll lead initiatives that connect enterprise data with AI / ML capabilities, enabling predictive analytics, dynamic content delivery, and intelligent automation. Your work will directly influence customer satisfaction, loyalty, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of AI-driven personalization features across digital channels.
- Define and execute product strategies that leverage enterprise data for real-time decisioning and content generation.
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, and design teams to build scalable and secure personalization platforms.
- Operationalize ML models for use cases such as customer intent prediction and dynamic content delivery.
- Champion responsible AI practices, ensuring transparency, privacy, and trust.
- Use experimentation and analytics to evaluate product performance and refine strategies.
- Translate business goals into actionable product roadmaps and manage the product backlog.
- Drive reporting and analytics capabilities for CRM and Retail Media Network products.
Key Requirements
4+ years of experience in product management, ideally focused on data platforms, personalization, or AI / ML.Strong understanding of machine learning models and their application in customer-facing products.Proven track record of delivering data-driven solutions with measurable business impact.Bachelor’s degree in a technical or quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics) or an MBA with a quantitative focus.Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, and marketing.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Passion for solving user problems with elegant, efficient solutions.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
