Line Cook

$1,920/hr per month if experienced making pizzas

Job DescriptionAre you ready to fire up the ovens and create drool-worthy pizzas? Pizza Inn is looking for talented Line Cooks to join our team! We're a fast-paced pizzeria where the kitchen is the heart and soul of the restaurant. If you're passionate about cooking and want to be a part of a fun and energetic team, read on!

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook pizzas with precision and attention to detail
  • Follow cooking charts and recipes to ensure consistent quality
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
  • Collaborate with the kitchen manager and team members to ensure smooth operations
  • Adhere to food safety standards and procedures
  • Uphold the Pizza Inn experience by delivering exceptional customer service

Requirements
  • Must be 18 years old or older.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to follow cooking charts and recipes accurately.
  • Light cleaning duties, including taking out trash and maintaining kitchen cleanliness.
  • Willingness to learn and take direction from the Kitchen Manager.
  • ServSafe certification is a plus!
  • Understands FIFO rotation

Physical & Mental Requirements:
  • Must be able to stand for periods of up to 8 hours
  • Must be able to read and write to facilitate communication
  • Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to team members and management
  • Must be able to bend, stoop, and kneel repeatedly over a long period of time
  • Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
