Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Location: McGregor, IA Schedule: Full-time and Part-time opportunities available
About The Role
We are seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our healthcare team in McGregor, IA. The ideal candidate is dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care, works well in a team, and maintains professionalism in all care settings.
Pay Rate
$22 per hour
Minimum Requirements
Candidates must meet all of the following requirements to be considered:
- Active CNA certification (State of Iowa)
- Minimum 6 months of CNA experience
- Clear background check
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Willing to complete:
- TB 2-step test or blood draw (Quantiferon/PPD)
- Work physical exam
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under the direction of nursing staff
- Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and feeding
- Take and record vital signs accurately
- Maintain clean and safe resident environments
- Document care accurately in accordance with facility guidelines
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the care team
- Follow all infection control, safety, and facility protocols
