Managing Social Security Eligibility and Trust Accounting staff, the full-time Program Advocacy Manager will oversee team activities, ensure compliance with regulations, and lead client meetings while working remotely. Key responsibilities Supervise team members, providing direction, feedback, and performance management Monitor performance measurements to ensure contractual responsibilities are met Develop and maintain quality assurance processes for activities and reports Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in accounting or business 5+ years of relevant work experience, including staff supervision Familiarity with federal programs such as Title XVI (SSI) and Title II (RSDI) Advanced understanding of federal and state laws, regulations, and policies Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
